When a customer submits a request, we assess the job scope and match it with the contractor best suited for the work and the customer’s budget. We take care of all communication and coordination, ensuring a smooth, time-efficient process for both parties. This lets contractors focus on what they do best — delivering quality workmanship — while customers enjoy a hassle-free experience.
We collect the fee upfront from our customers, but contractors are only paid once a job is successfully completed. This model ensures high standards of work before any payment is released to the contractor. It also gives customers peace of mind and provides contractors with clear expectations.
