When a customer submits a request, we assess the job scope and match it with the contractor best suited for the work and the customer’s budget. We take care of all communication and coordination, ensuring a smooth, time-efficient process for both parties. This lets contractors focus on what they do best — delivering quality workmanship — while customers enjoy a hassle-free experience.
We collect the fee upfront from our customers, but contractors are only paid once a job is successfully completed. This model ensures high standards of work before any payment is released. It also gives customers peace of mind and provides contractors with clear expectations and a steady, reliable workflow.
